Senior Executive/HR Executive

Our company is seeking a Senior Executive – Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance and as well as administrative areas and policy development. As our HR, you will play a key role in ensuring our company attracts and retains top talent and supports a positive and inclusive work culture.  

Expected Salary Range

LKR 80,000 – 170,000

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment process and implementing effective onboarding and training programs

Experience managing employee relations issues and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in english language.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process and proactively seek opportunities to help

Proficient in Google Suite

Experience with HR software is a plus

Experience working at an IT company in a plus.

What you’ll do

Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, training, and development

Develop and promote a positive internal company culture

Schedule and facilitate a high volume of candidate interviews

Take responsibility for the entire headhunting lifecycle at the company (Find candidates, contact universities, utilize online resources, connect with online communities etc.)

Build long-term relationships with Human Resources at similar industries

Collect, filter, and organize feedback from employees at the company

Identify and communicate with underperforming employees at the company

Identify overperforming employees for bonuses and incentives

Organize employee-level events along with corporate events such as weekly all-hands

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals

Work closely with the company’s leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Manage the HR department budget

Handle employee relations issues

Oversee the company’s employee benefits program

Manage the company’s employee records

Maintain the company’s HR Portal/website

Represent the company at industry events

Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices

Communicate with required parties to maintain company operations (Payroll communication, Bank communication, Supplier communication)

Help facilitate general administrative tasks with company management for an improved work environment.

Organize day-to-day accounts payable tasks (collecting and organizing billing)
